James Anonuevo:

Rhode Island Deputy Sheriff James Anonuevo specializes in teaching the Indigenous Art of the Philippines, Pekiti-Tirsia Kali, as taught by the Supreme Grand Master Grand Tuhon Leo T. Gaje Jr... Sifu James is an Agalon 5th Hagdan in the Pekiti-Tirsia Kali system. Given this ranking by the Grand Tuhon Leo Gaje himself, James honorably bears the responsibility of teaching and preserving this Philippine Cultural National Treasure, in Rhode Island, to those who would respect, cherish and honor its significance in their daily life. James has had extensive training in non-conflict management and emergency response strategies. He has also trained in the following Martial Arts:

Law Enforcement Credentials:
James is also a former Correctional Officer / Field Training Officer at the Donald W. Wyatt Detention Facility (Central Falls – Rhode Island), 1996 – 2004. His strong work ethic, high efficiency and a solid reputation of being a very dependable person, contributed to him being recognized and commended for his ability to maintain order and manage emergency situations in an appropriate and timely fashion thereby receiving numerous letters of commendation for excellence in the line of duty from his commanding officer.

During his tour at the Wyatt Detention Facility, on a daily basis, he managed the care, security, transport, control and custody of inmates. James and his fellow officers were constantly called upon to resolve conflicts between inmates and most importantly and above all provide support to other fellow officers.

Keith Allan:

Keith Allan is a Certified Senior Full Instructor of Jeet Kune Do, under Rick Menentei, who is under Paul Vunack. Keith has also trained in various Arts such as:

Wing Chung, under Lee Moi Shan at the school of Athletic Association in Boston Mass.

George Thibault:

George Thibault is currently an instructor of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for Matt Santos School. He is also a Black Belt in Yang Ki Yin Jiu Jitsu system under Brad Inman and is an apprentice of Jeet Kune Do, under Senior Full Instructor, Keith Allan. Goerge has also studied at the New England Tae Kwon Do, under Ray Lannen.


We here at FCAA are privileged and honored to have both Keith Allan and George Thibault as instructors. We are grateful for their willingness to impart their knowledge to the FCAA family and guests. We thank them both very much.
